Meadow Breezes Collection
When the animals see the first signs of spring, they begin planning all of their warm weather festivities. Of course, this involves a new wardrobe! The Meadow Breezes Collection will be live on our site on Tuesday, March 11th at 1PM ET!
This collection includes eleven items of doll clothing and accessories. There is a launch day purchase limit of 1 per household for each item, which will be lifted after 24 hours. We decided to set this purchase limit to be safe, since we never know how quickly an item might sell out even if we think we have a lot. However, this is our big biannual seasonal clothing drop, which means that all eleven items will be restocking and sticking around throughout the spring and summer. So if anything does sell out on launch day, just sign up for a restock notification on that item's page and we will let you know as soon as it's available again.

Sunshine Bib Dress for Dolls – $16

The perfect frock for picnicking under spring and summer sunshine! It has fluttery cap sleeves, an ivory bib, and a full gathered skirt. The Hazel Village animals have a deep appreciation for all the forest’s fungi – the mushrooms that are good for eating, as well as those that are best for simply admiring. This camisole features our design elf Sara’s original mushroom artwork, screen printed in gray-brown ink onto crisp white cotton. Ideal attire for mushroom aficionados like the animals! If you ask Annicke Mouse, she will tell you all about her interest in mycology. These bloomers feature our design elf Sara’s original mushroom artwork, screen printed in gray-brown ink onto crisp white cotton. Elastic waist and cuffs, with a thoughtful tail hole. Village Stroll Apron Dress for Dolls – $16

This special dress invites you to step into Hazel Village and see it just as the animals do, walking the well-worn paths each day and going about their business. Our design elf Sara created this lovely artwork in the style of our founder Jane, whose vision of the animals’ forest home can be seen on the Village Map. Apron style ivory cotton dress has a full gathered skirt, cross back straps, velcro back closure, and a nice big pocket on the front. Handmade and screen printed by our artisan partners in Colombia.

Dainty Blossoms Dress for Dolls – $16

This dress would be well suited for a tea party in the Day Meadow, with tasty little cakes and plenty of wild daisy tea. It has puffed sleeves, a full gathered skirt with a ruffle at the bottom, and an ivory peter pan collar. Made from custom-printed cotton in a peachy pale pink tone, with dainty white blossoms in sprigs and bunches. Velcro back closure. Handmade in Colombia. Original print created by our design elf Sara.
Please note that this dress has some natural variation in color due to the ink mixing and screen printing process of our artisan partners in Colombia. An excellent example of handmade charm!
Turtle Appreciation Shorts for Dolls – $12

Light blue linen shorts with a single cross-body suspender strap, which allows for ideal range of motion when romping and playing. At first glance you may wonder, what makes these shorts particularly turtle appreciative? Look closer, and you will see that the green corozo button is in fact shaped like a turtle. It should be noted that this button is a little bit pokey, owing to tiny turtle limbs. Shorts have velcro back closure with an overlap for your animals’ tail to stick out. Truffling Hat for Dolls – $18

The animals like to take turns wearing this charming chapeau when they go on truffling expeditions. (It is common knowledge that wearing the right hat will improve your truffling prowess.) Ivory wool felt trimmed with a narrow gray cotton braid, a jaunty tassel, and three colorful poms. With its thoughtful ear holes, this hat will fit most Hazel Village animals. Strawberry Bag for Dolls – $20

The woodland friends highly recommend carrying your belongings around in a giant strawberry. Not a real strawberry, of course – that would be messy. This bag is made from wool felt and embellished with hand-embroidered strawberry seeds. Its leafy lid fastens with a snap, so you needn’t worry about anything falling out. The cross-body strap is a twisted cotton cord in tones of pink, yellow, and green, with accent tassels on the ends. Handcrafted with care by talented artisans in Nepal.
Lodge Pocket Vest for Dolls – $20

The Lodge sits in the middle of Hazel Village, and is the animals’ main gathering place for feasts, major tea parties, elaborate projects, and such. Through the magic of knitting, the Lodge depicted on this sweater vest is also a pocket for carrying mini animals. How delightful! Knit from cotton yarn in a boxy fit, and fastens with a real shell button at the back collar. Handmade by our artisan partners in Nepal.
Red Linen Bonnet for Dolls – $10

A classic storybook bonnet which looks just right on any woodland friend who might like to wear it. The animals have almost always had some kind of red bonnet in their wardrobe, but this fresh new version fulfills all our bonnet dreams! It is made from linen in the perfect shade of red, and has a pixie-ish shape with a scarlet braided tassel at its point. Handmade by our artisan partners in Cambodia.
