The Hazelnuts Loyalty Program

Hazel Village and the animal friends are very lucky to have many loyal fans...who are, some might say, “nuts” for us. In appreciation, we created a fan club, and naturally, we named it the Hazelnuts! It’s been going on for about three years now, and we get a lot of questions about it, so we decided to write down the details and FAQs.

What are the perks of being a Hazelnut?

Hazelnuts receive:
  • Free USPS First Class shipping on all orders
  • A special weekly e-newsletter with behind-the-scenes updates and announcements
  • An exclusive preview blog post for every collection we release, with all the photos, pricing, and product details
  • Access to our private Hazel Village Hazelnuts Facebook group community
  • Access to our Close Friends stories on Instagram
  • Access to a monthly calendar with upcoming release dates

What if I live outside of the US?

We can’t cover 100% of shipping for overseas Hazelnuts (aka Noisettiers, Avellanas, Haselnüsse...) but you will receive $5 off your shipping fees on each order. 

How do I become a Hazelnut?

You become a Hazelnut after you spend $250 (including shipping and tax) on our website, at our store, or at one of our pop up markets AND shop with us at least twice (meaning you can’t go from zero to Hazelnut with one mega order).

What if I spend $250 on Hazel Village at another retailer?

We're grateful for your support, friend, no matter where you purchased our products. To qualify to be a Hazelnut, you must purchase directly from our website, workshop, or one of our many pop-ups.

I can’t wait! Is it instantaneous?

Yes! Once you pass the threshold, you should receive an account update email. Make sure to add our emails (hello@hazelvillage & to your contacts so we do not fall in your spam inbox.

What if I ordered using multiple email addresses? Can you combine accounts?

We're unable to combine multiple accounts, so be sure to make all your orders under one email to reach Hazelnut status! The best thing to do is create an account on our website, and always check out using that account. That way we can make sure we don’t miss any of your orders!

How do I stay in the Hazelnuts?

Just place at least one order a year - no minimum spend required. And this should go without saying, but try to behave in a way that the animals would be proud of!
