HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES
For best chance of delivery in time for Christmas 2024, make sure to shop no later than:
December 10th – International Orders
December 16th – USPS Ground Advantage Orders
December 18th – USPS Priority Orders
How long does my package take to ship?
We ask for an allowance of 1-5 business days (Monday to Friday) before any order ships. Your order will likely be shipped within 2 business days, but may take up to 5 business days to ship if our fulfillment team is working through a high volume of orders (such as after major product launches or during a holiday rush).
Once your package has been shipped, USPS generally takes between 3 to 7 days to deliver domestic packages, but can take longer during busy holiday seasons.
If you need an expedited domestic package, you can select the USPS Priority option at checkout and we will do our best to get your package to you in your desired time-frame.

How much does shipping cost?
For domestic orders, we offer $5 USPS Ground Advantage shipping, $10 USPS Priority shipping, and free Ground Advantage shipping for orders over $100. Members of the Hazelnuts Loyalty Program receive $5 off shipping for orders under $100. You can also select UPS as an alternative shipping method at checkout.
For international orders, your shipping rate will be calculated according to the shipping address entered at checkout. We offer DHL and UPS as international shipping carrier options.
Customs Fee Notice
Many countries assess customs fees on packages sent from the US. All customs duty fees are charged upfront when you check out. This means no hidden fees, for you or for any gift recipients if you are shipping presents to loved ones far and wide. We are not able to cover customs duty fees for our customers.

We will do our best to get packages shipped in a timely manner. Before placing your order, please ensure all products and shipping details are correct to prevent further delays. If you have any questions, you can reach our customer service team here.
If you believe your package is lost in transit, please reach out to your local post office and the shipping carrier prior to contacting us. We do not have any further shipping information than the tracking provided. However, we are confident that your package will arrive safely in due time! If the package is deemed lost by the postal service, please do let us know.
