Emma Rabbit says, “I recommend this dress if your idea of fun is enjoying a beautiful sunset in a splendid flower garden.” What a lovely notion, Emma! Voluminous high-waisted skirt has a top layer of fine cotton lawn from Liberty of London, in their au-courant “Chatsworth Garden” print.
