Friends, we have a couple of announcements to share regarding your Hazelnut Perks. Much like Annicke Mouse’s arugula-raspberry salad, the flavor of this update is bittersweet.

After careful deliberation, we have decided to retire the Personal Shopping Form. We understand this may be frustrating news, and we hate to disappoint anyone who values this perk. Unfortunately, we’ve realized that it is simply not sustainable for us to continue offering it. We are at our absolute busiest during limited-edition animal launches, and the element of personal shopping throws a sizable wrench in some gears that we really need to be cranking away smoothly during those times. We apologize, and we very much appreciate your understanding.

Now for the sweet news: we are cooking up some exciting NEW Hazelnut perks to express our gratitude for your loyal support of Hazel Village. First and foremost: we are officially reintroducing HAZELNUT EXCLUSIVE ITEMS as a regular occurrence! You can expect to hear from us every few months about an item (or items) in an upcoming collection that will be set aside especially for you. Better yet: this perk begins RIGHT NOW!
