Mystery ANIMALS!
We saved the best for last! Never done before, we are selling an assortment of old and archived Hazel Village friends we recently discovered hiding in our workshop for $28. Who you will receive is a MYSTERY! Each doll is being wrapped in a bandana as we speak, so neither our workshop elves nor you will know who you will receive until the package arrives. We even heard from our head packing elf, Zack, that there may be a couple of some old limited-edition friends who found their way into the pile of mystery animals.
Limit of 1 mystery animal per household, please.

Flash Sale Q&A

If I want to shop multiple days of the sale, will you combine my orders?

Indeed, we will! Our fulfillment team plans to start packing orders from our five day sale event starting Monday, February 14th (Valentine's Day!) If you would like your order shipped sooner, please do let our customer service team know and we can prioritize your order that week. Otherwise, it is helpful to our team to indicate in your order notes to combine your order. Thank you!

How long does each daily sale last?

Each sale will drop at 10 AM ET, and run until 10 PM ET that night. However, we always recommend shopping sooner rather than later to secure the products you want! 10% off will run on our website from 10 AM ET on Monday to 10 PM ET on Friday. 

Can I pick which items I get in my mystery bag or mystery animal? Can I return or exchange them?

All mystery items are pre-packaged to ensure complete mystery! They are then picked by our fulfillment team at random from our mystery bin full of mysterious goodies. These mystery products are final sale, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
